At Suitszen, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional service for our customers. If you receive your order and find quality issues with your suit, please contact our customer service team right away. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the problem and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.


Please note that all after-sales requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Our refund policy varies by product type, so refer to our refund policy page or contact us for details.


Important: Returns sent without prior communication with our team will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

All Suitszen suits are made to order, and we begin processing your order immediately after payment is received. Once tailoring starts, labor and material costs are incurred.


  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
  • Contact us at suitszenservice@outlook.com within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
  • Between 24–72 hours after confirmation: 70% refund on the suit price + 100% refund on shipping costs.
  • More than 72 hours after confirmation: 50% refund on the suit price + 100% refund on shipping costs (as production may already be underway).
  • Once your order ships, it cannot be canceled. However, we’re happy to assist with returns once you receive the item.


After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. To modify any details (e.g., size, color), reply to this email within 24 hours. Changes requested after tailoring begins may incur extra fees (due to new materials). To avoid additional costs, confirm all adjustments within 24 hours of payment.

Return Policy

① Standard Size Orders

We offer a full refund if the standard-size suit doesn’t fit, though shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Please double-check your measurements and color selection before ordering to avoid issues.


For standard-size suits that arrive damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, we offer a full refund (including shipping and rush fees, if applicable). Provide photos as proof of the issue.


Returned items must be shipped back within 15 days (including weekends) of delivery. Contact our customer service promptly to start the return process.

② Custom Fit Orders

Custom suits are tailored exclusively for you, so we cannot accept returns for fit issues. However, if your custom suit arrives damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, we’ll offer a refund or send a replacement for a hassle-free experience.


If your custom suit has defects caused by Suitszen, email us at suitszenservice@outlook.com immediately. Our team will review your request and take necessary action.


For minor alterations needed to achieve the perfect fit, take your suit to a local tailor—we’ll reimburse up to 40% of the alteration cost. (Provide a photo of your tailor’s receipt to qualify.)

③ Return Conditions

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Custom size suits
  • Custom color suits
  • Custom style suits
  • Fabric swatches
  • Final sale items
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. Returns with signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags will be rejected.


Do not ship items back without prior approval. Contact our customer service first to get authorization and instructions—unapproved returns may be refused to ensure smooth processing.


No returns or exchanges are accepted after 15 days of delivery.

④ How to Return

Submit a return request via email  (suitszenservice@outlook.com) within 15 days of delivery to confirm eligibility.


Include photos or evidence clearly showing the issue (e.g., quality defects, shipping damage, incorrect size/color/style).


Ensure returned items are in original condition: unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with original tags and packaging.


Notes:
  • Contact us to receive the return address.
  • Ship the suit in its original packaging.
  • Provide the tracking number for your return package (we cannot process refunds without this).
  • You’ll cover return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned suit, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Reimbursements Policy

All Suitszen suits are hand-sewn and custom-tailored for a precise fit. Due to manual tailoring, finished suits may vary by approximately 1 inch from specified measurements—we appreciate your understanding of this slight variation.


To ensure flexibility, our tailors add extra fabric to seams, allowing for easy adjustments. We offer limited alteration reimbursements (up to 40% of the suit price) for both standard and custom size suits. Email suitszenservice@outlook.com with a photo of your tailor’s receipt, and we’ll process the refund promptly.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired suit.

How to change size/color/shipping address after ordering?

If your order is eligible for changes, contact our customer service within 48 hours of placing your order with your order number and requested adjustments (size, color, measurements).

Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped Items?

If your suit is damaged during delivery, take photos/videos and obtain “Proof of Damage” from the carrier. For quality defects caused by Suitszen, email us at suitszenservice@outlook.com promptly with 3–5 clear, well-lit photos of the issue and your order number. Our team will review and follow up.

Sizing or Fitting Issues?

Suitszen suits are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, so finished suits may vary by ~1 inch from specified measurements. Extra fabric in seams allows for easy adjustments, and we offer limited alteration reimbursements to assist.

Suit in the Wrong Size?

If we made a mistake in sizing, you can return the suit for a full refund. If the size matches your specifications but needs adjustments, visit a local tailor—we’ll reimburse part of the cost (provide your tailor’s receipt).

Suit doesn’t fit despite following your size requirements?

If you carefully followed our size chart guide when selecting your size, we’re confident your suit will fit perfectly. Suits that don’t fit properly but match the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Since our suits are crafted with extra fabric in the seams, minor adjustments can be made by a local tailor.

Received a suit in the wrong color?

We strive to provide accurate photos of our suits, but slight color variations may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. However, if you’re certain you received a suit in the wrong color, please contact us to explore possible return or refund options. Our team is here to help with any questions or concerns.
