When should I place an order?
During peak seasons, the total delivery time for your order is at least 3-4 weeks. This includes both processing (production) time and shipping time. We also recommend adding an extra week to account for trying on your suit and making any necessary alterations. To ensure you receive your suit in ample time, we advise placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped or production is complete. If you don’t receive this email with shipping details, please contact our service team with your order ID—we’ll be happy to assist!

Do you offer home try-on services?
All our suits are made-to-order, so we don’t keep pre-made suits in stock. As a result, we don’t offer home try-on services.

Do you provide rush order services?
Yes, if you need your order earlier than the standard delivery time, we offer expedited shipping. For U.S. orders, expedited shipping takes 3-7 business days (this is only the shipping time, not including processing time). Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days.

What is your return policy for suits?
For Standard Size Orders: To enhance your shopping experience, Suitszen offers a full refund for standard size orders if the suit doesn’t fit or you change your mind. Note that shipping fees and rush fees are non-refundable.

For Custom Fit Orders: Custom suits are tailored exclusively for you, so we cannot accept returns for these. However, if your suit arrives damaged, defective, or was mis-shipped, we’ll offer a refund or resend a new one to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Easy returns within 15 days: To qualify for a return, please submit a request via email (service@suitszen.com) within 15 days of receiving your order.

How can I avoid color variations?
To minimize color differences from dye lot variations, we recommend ordering all suits in one order—this ensures they’re made with fabric from the same batch. If you need to place separate orders, submit them on the same day and notify us in advance (via order notes or email). We’ll coordinate production to use fabric from the same dye lot.

Are colors consistent across different fabrics?
Even for the same color name, slight variations may occur between different fabrics due to their unique material properties.

How should I clean my suit?
We advise dry-cleaning all suits to preserve their quality—do not wash them in a washing machine. For wrinkles, avoid using a regular iron. Instead, use a household steam iron (on low heat) or take it to a local dry cleaner. For minor wrinkles, hanging the suit in a steamy bathroom (while taking a hot shower) can help smooth them out with steam.

Do I need a specific undershirt with my suit?
Our suits are designed to be worn with standard undershirts—no special undergarments are required. The lining ensures a comfortable, polished fit.

How can I change the size, color, or shipping address after ordering?
If your order is eligible for changes, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and requested adjustments (e.g., size, color, measurements, or address).

NOTE: Order changes may affect delivery times and could delay the original estimated arrival date, depending on the type of adjustment.
