How to Track My Order

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships or production is complete. If you don’t receive this email, contact our support team with your order ID—we’re happy to assist!
*Note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipping. For the latest delivery details, contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have concerns, first contact the carrier—some mark packages as “delivered” shortly before arrival.
  1. Contact the carrier within 2 hours of receiving a delivery notice if you believe your package is lost or missing.
  2. Check your surroundings (neighbors, building manager, leasing office) to avoid misdelivery.
If you still can’t find your package, notify our support team at service@suitszen.com as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the stated delivery date.
